Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate your needs. Here's our refund policy to help guide you:


Full Refund:

If you need to cancel your booking, you can receive a full refund of your advance payment (excluding any payment gateway convenience charges, if applicable) by notifying us at least 72 hours before your scheduled slot.

Refund Processing:

Once your cancellation is confirmed, we will initiate the refund process within 24 hours. The refund should be completed and reflect in your account within a maximum of 48 hours.

Late Cancellations:

note that cancellations made less than 72 hours before the booked slot are not eligible for a refund.
